Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests should be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

  • To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team within the 3-day period.

  • Repack the item safely with all its packaging and accessories.

  • The return shipping fee will be covered by the customer, unless the product was delivered faulty or damaged.

Refund Details

  • Once your return is received and checked, we’ll update you on the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer only.
