Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return requests should be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Request a Return

To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team within the 3-day period.

Repack the item safely with all its packaging and accessories.

The return shipping fee will be covered by the customer, unless the product was delivered faulty or damaged.
Refund Details

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll update you on the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds are made via bank transfer only.
