• Delivery Time

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 2-4 business days

  • Other governorates: Up to 5 business days

• Track Your Order
  To check your order status, simply message us on WhatsApp or Email with your order number , we’ll be happy to assist.

• Receiving Your Package

  • You may open your order only after receiving it from the courier, as per the shipping company’s policy.

  • You’re welcome to check your items in front of the courier to ensure everything is correct.

  • If your order is accurate, please pay the full amount on your invoice.

  • If something seems wrong, kindly return the package immediately and pay only the delivery fee. Then contact us so we can fix it right away.

• Partial Orders
  We currently don’t offer partial deliveries . You can either receive your full order or request a refund.
